1. How to deal with the machine alarm?

Press the “-” key to mute the alarm reminder. The machine will automatically return to normal.Pls put the incubator in a warm and stable environment.If the temperature is still too low you can add the foam box to help.

2. How to judge if the machine turns eggs properly?

When the machine is powered on, press the “+” button and when the egg-turning indicator lights on you can see the yellow long shaft in the machine is rotating. Or touch it by hand if it is hard to observe.When the egg-turning indicator light is off the incubator will turning eggs every 90mins once. No need to press button manually to let the rollers turning.

3. How to deal with temperature fluctuation?

The temperature probe in the machine measures the space temperature, and the refresh rate is 6 times/second. So, it is normal for the instrument temperature to fluctuate within 1-2℉, which will not cause any impact on breeding eggs.

If the fluctuation exceeds 3℉, please perform the following operations: close the vent, put on the foam insulation layer of the machine, and cover a thin quilt for the machine of 16 and 36 eggs.Be careful to check the cover, there is a hole on the top surface. Keep sure the hole is off.

4. What to do if the incubator cannot reach the preset temperature?

If the temperature is set at 100℉, and the machine temperature cannot reach the preset temperature after one hour, you should perform the following operations:

a. First, check the temperature of the space where the machine is located. If it is lower than 5℉, it is recommended to seek a warmer room for incubation.

b. Cover the machine with thermal insulation layer and wrap the machine with a quilt to reduce temperature loss.

c. Raise the preset temperature and increase the workload of heater wire. For example, if the preset temperature is 100℉ and the machine heats up to 97℉, set the temperature to 105℉ and the machine temperature will remain around 102℉.

5. How to deal with sudden power failure during incubation?

If the power failure is caused by machine failure, please switch on the battery first for incubation, and email seller for a new power adapter or machine for you. Battery wiring is equipped for the machine. You only need to prepare a 12V battery and connect it with battery wiring.

If the battery is not available, keep the machine warm immediately, wrap the machine with a quilt, prepare two sealable bottles filled with hot water and put them in the quilt. When the electricity is supplied, turn on the power and continue incubating.

6. What to do if the incubator temperature doesn’t drop?

When incubating in summer, sometimes over-temperature occurs due to too high indoor temperature. Open the vent and remove the thermal insulation layer of the machine. If it does not work, please change the machine to a cooler space.Be careful to check the cover, there is a hole on the top surface. Keep sure the hole is on.

If the temperature outside is higher than the incubation temperature needed by the machine, it is recommended to stop incubating until the high temperature is over; Or place breeding eggs outside, spray water every day, and you may hatch chicks under the sunlight.
